- Ordering in a restaurant or café (simple food and drinks)
- Talking simply about daily routines and free time
- Locating objects in space (here, there, on top of, under, etc.)
- Indicating prices, quantities, and making simple purchases
Basic grammar & structures
- The alphabet and pronunciation
- Noun gender and number
- Definite and indefinite articles
- Subject personal pronouns
- Verbs ser, estar, tener, llamarse in the present tense
- Regular verbs in the present indicative (-ar, -er, -ir)
- Some irregular verbs; stem-changing verbs
- Affirmative, negative, and interrogative sentences
- Descriptive and possessive adjectives
- Basic prepositions (en, de, a, con, para)
- Expressions of quantity (mucho, poco, bastante)
